10 Home Remedies of Dendruff
Dendruff is a common problem occurring in scalp hair, which in medical parlance is called seborrheic dermatitis (seborrheic dermatitis). The main reasons for dendruff are - dry skin, excessive oily skin, bacteria or fungus growing in the head and inflammation in the skin. This causes excessive itching in the head and dry skin crust begins to fall.

1. Neem

Boil a handful of neem leaves in four cups of water.
Now let it cool down and then sieve the water.
Now clean your hair with this water.
Do this treatment two or three times every week.
2. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil also has antifungal properties that help eliminate dendruff. Also, it provides moisture to the dry scalp of the scalp and provides relief from itching.
Mix one and a half teaspoons of lemon juice in three teaspoons of coconut oil.
Now apply it on your hair and massage it for a few minutes.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix three-teaspoon apple vinegar and water.
Now put 20-25 drops of tea tree oil in it.

First wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda over it.
After 2-3 minutes wash your hair with warm water.
Do this two or three times a week.
Note - Do not add shampoo to your hair after performing this treatment.

White vinegar is one of the most effective home remedies for dendruff removal. Vinegar contains acetic acid which prevents the growth of fungus in hair roots and relieves itching.
Mix one and a half cups of vinegar in two cups of water.
Now after shampooing the hair, apply this mixture and massage it.
After 10 minutes wash the hair and shampoo again.
You can also use this mixture by mixing half a cup of olive oil.
Do this remedy twice every week.
6. Olive Oil
Olive oil is a natural moisturizer, which helps reduce skin dryness.
Heat the olive oil lightly.
Now massage your scalp with this oil.
Then tie a hot towel over your head.
After one hour wash your hair with shampoo.
Do this treatment three to four times a week.
